Known diagnoses, medical history, current medications, treating doctor or hospital details, and any other health-related information required to assign appropriate care staff and deliver safe services.

2.4 FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Bank account details and UPI or payment identifiers, collected solely for the purpose of processing payments and refunds. We do not store card details.

2.5 COMMUNICATION RECORDS

Records of calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, or form submissions made to or from Aksraya Health Care for service coordination, feedback, or support purposes.

2.6 SERVICE USAGE DATA

Information generated during the course of service delivery, including care logs, shift records, incident reports, and feedback submitted through our forms.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
